What to Expect During the Inspection
Professional home inspections involve a thorough examination of your property that typically takes 3-4 hours to complete. Before the scheduled inspection, I will conduct an on line document search of the property address and review all information that can be obtained through opensource and government related searches.

During the inspection, you’re welcome to follow along as I examine the property’s major systems and components. As we go I will document my findings with photos and detailed notes, I will explain to you my findings as we go and discuss the perceived seriousness of each issue. The post-inspection, you will receive a detailed, easy to follow, written report with-in 24 hours of the inspection. Additional follow-up typically depends on you and your needs, I make myself available should you have any questions, need additional information, need me to come back and reinspect something that was corrected and send you maintenance reminders twice a year.
